We have a transparent fee structure that is based on milestones being achieved. We usually have a deposit to commence engagement with fees being payable based on milestones. This is all agreed upfront so we are as transparent as possible.
Yes! We work all across Australia, whether regional or metro, East Coast or West Coast - we can support anyone.
That’s no problems, we are more than happy to work with any of your contacts. Whether they be builders, designers, or anyone else in the journey. We are flexible and happy to work with anyone.
That’s ok - the site-finding journey is different for every operator. The good thing is that BusiVet is driven by securing the site, so whether it takes 3 weeks or 3 months - it does not cost you any more money.
Understanding this is a critical part of our Stage 1 engagement. Our vision validation consists of a geographic analysis, a property landscape analysis of your area and a tailored business case to demonstrate your financial position based on projections. This is something we do collaboratively with the client so they are completely in control of these critical assumptions.
